Our complementary business segments, Technology, Products and Services (TPS) and Project Delivery, turn innovation into scalable and industrial reality.\nThrough collaboration and excellence in execution, our 17,000+ employees across 34 countries are fully committed to bridging prosperity with sustainability for a world designed to last.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Collect and consolidate HSE data from subcontractors and project teams.\nCoordinate and perform data entry of HSE statistical information, including manhours, Behavioral Based Safety (BBS), Safety Observation Cards (SOC), HSE training records, and HSE KPIs in corporate and project reporting systems.\nSupport the preparation and issuance of weekly and monthly HSE reports.\nPrepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for HSE meetings and management reviews.\nMaintain and update the HSE filing and document control system, ensuring proper record retention and traceability.\nPrepare and organize documentation required for lender reviews, client audits, and third-party audits.\nEnsure HSE records and reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within the required timelines.\nProvide administrative and reporting support to the HSE team to facilitate effective implementation of project HSE activities.\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nExperience in HSE administration, reporting, document control, or data management within construction, industrial, or EPC projects.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nStrong organizational, reporting, and document management skills.\nGood communication and coordination skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced project environment.\nOnce receiving your system application, Recruiting Team will screen and match your skills, experience, and potential team fit against the role requirements.
