Ensure that all project documents are updated, archived, and compiled in accordance with project requirements and Manufacturing Data Book (MDB) index requirements, ensuring complete documentation readiness prior to product dispatch\nJob Responsibilities:\nControl and maintain all project-related documents, reports, records, and drawings\nthroughout the project lifecycle.\nUpdate project documentation records and tracking registers on a daily basis.\nEnsure that all signed inspection reports, test certificates, quality reports, and related\ndocuments are scanned promptly and saved in the designated project/job folder.\nMaintain electronic filing systems and ensure documents are stored systematically as per approved document control procedures.\nOrganize and archive documents according to the Manufacturing Data Book (MDB) index\nrequirements.\nEnsure all quality and manufacturing records are accurately updated and maintained\nwhenever revisions or additional records are received.\nCoordinate with QA/QC, Production, Engineering, Project Management, and other\ndepartments for timely collection of required documents.\nMonitor document status and continuously track pending documents required for\nManufacturing Data Book completion.\nPrepare and maintain document status reports and highlight missing or overdue\ndocuments to the concerned departments.\nEnsure that all required documents, reports, certificates, drawings, and approvals are\navailable and complete before job dispatch.\nVerify completeness of Manufacturing Data Book documentation prior to customer\nsubmission or shipment release.\nMaintain hard-copy records by filing reports and project documents in designated files and storage locations.\nEnsure proper version control and prevention of document duplication or loss.\nPrepare final Manufacturing Data Books and coordinate for review, approval, submission, and customer transmittal.\nMaintain confidentiality, traceability, and integrity of project documents at all times.\nStarting Date: October 2026\nAbout you:\nWe love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:\nQualification: -\nDiploma / Bachelor’s degree in engineering,\nBusiness Administration,\nDocument Management, or related discipline.\nExperience: -\nMinimum10 years of experience in document control, quality documentation, or project documentation management in manufacturing, fabrication, EPC, or engineering industries.\nExperience in preparation and compilation of Manufacturing Data Books.\nSkills require: - (IT, Communication etc)\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).\nScanning, indexing, archiving, and file management skills.\nGood knowledge of document management systems and electronic filing.\nStrong organizational and record management skills.\nKnowledge of QA/QC documentation and Manufacturing Data Books.\nAttention to detail and accuracy in document handling.\nEffective communication and coordination skills.\nAbility to track documentation status and follow up with concerned departments.\nYour career with us:\nWorking at Technip Energies is an inspiring journey, filled with groundbreaking projects and dynamic collaborations.
