This role is ideal for individuals with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and 8-15 years of industry experience. Expertise in ETAP, SEL, and various lighting design software is crucial. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer industries. Join us in driving innovation and excellence in engineering.\nQualifications / Skills:\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, with at least 8-15 years of relevant industry experience. \nConversant with ETAP, SEL and other Lighting software. \nExperience in Oil &Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer industries is preferred. \nShall be well versed with Indian& International codes. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English is essential. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for all engineering activities in one or multi discipline for specific projects in accordance with contractual requirements (design, budgeted hours, schedule etc.) by leading a team of Engineers/ Designers and by coordinating with other departments and external agencies.\nMain Accountabilities:\nEstablishes Discipline OMSE plan and defines discipline objectives, team role, execution plan, surveillance plan, work process in accordance with project objectives and TEN procedures. \nIs responsible for performing activities and issuing deliverables in accordance with project schedule, quality, contractual requirements, and execution plan. Is responsible for establishing team organization and managing mobilization plan in accordance with budget and workforce (E bulletin) in coordination with head of department. \nSupervises internal/external subcontracted engineering activities as per project execution and surveillance plan. \nChecks on/and approves discipline deliverables. \nManages and controls schedule and progress (JAMUS). \nControls main/hours budget and identifies internal change request (E ICR). \nIdentifies technical risk & opportunities to cope with project objectives in terms of cost, quality, and schedule. \nConsolidates & ensures awareness of input and output data for the discipline. \nCoordinates with other engineering process/FISE disciplines, procurement, construction, subcontract, commissioning, and project supports for the discipline’s activities. Arbitration (Engineering strategy, Contractual topic, Cost & Schedule) is by Project Engineering Manager. \nIdentifies optimized technical/economical solutions in coordination with other disciplines. Validation (and arbitration as necessary) by Project Engineering Manager. \nManages the team to ensure that all members are aware of assigned work and comply with DOMEST, objectives & TEN work process. \nMonitors discipline KPI. \nPerforms reporting to Discipline Department Manager / Project management. \nRepresses the company toward clients, partners, subcontractors, vendors, and third parties for technical subjects in his/her discipline. Support by Project Engineering Manager as necessary. \nManages and controls material quantities with regards to Price sheet budget and proposed mitigation/operate actions to control the quantity increase. \nEnsures issuance of the MTO Report for the discipline. \nSupports the Discipline manager in implementation of the Digital Initiatives in the projects as required due to time. \nEstablishes projects close out and lessons learned. \nRole Dimension\nSupervision & Management of a small team (Group Leaders, Specialist Engineers, Designers, Draftsmen) \nManagement of one operating center and dedicated to one project \nCan act as Lead multi disciplines for continual and small FEED \nYour career with us\nWorking at Technip Energies is an inspiring journey, filled with groundbreaking projects and dynamic collaborations.
