This position supports the creation, maintenance, and reporting of subcontract-related activities while developing knowledge of subcontracting policies, systems, and procedures.\nThis is a fully onsite position supporting the Commonwealth LNG (CWLNG) Project near Lake Charles, Louisiana. Working onsite is a condition of employment. If you are not willing or able to work onsite in Louisiana, please do not apply. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this position.\nFunctional Responsibilities\nEstablish and maintain subcontract files and documentation in accordance with company procedures.\nMaintain subcontract filing systems and coordinate with central document control.\nAssist with vendor setup processes, including coordination of pre-qualification requirements.\nSupport subcontract managers and administrators with subcontractor invoice issues.\nEnter and manage purchase order (PO) change orders in Oracle systems.\nAssist with subcontract close-out activities and documentation.\nRetrieve, analyze, and report subcontract-related expenditure data.\nProvide analytical support and generate reports as required.\nPrepare documents for publication in accordance with subcontract procedures.\nMaintain correspondence logs, including memos, letters, and meeting minutes.\nFormat and publish subcontract-related reports and documentation.\nCoordinate logistics and scheduling for internal and subcontractor meetings.\n\nCompliance / Operational Responsibilities\nEnsure subcontract documentation is maintained in compliance with company procedures and standards. \nMaintain accuracy and integrity of subcontract records and reporting data. \nSupport adherence to subcontracting processes and internal controls.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain Management preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. \nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. \nEffective written and verbal communication skills. \nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. \nAbility to analyze problems and recommend solutions. \nBasic knowledge of purchasing or supply chain concepts preferred. \nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. \nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion. \nDemonstrated initiative and ability to complete tasks independently.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with Oracle systems or similar ERP tools. \nExperience supporting subcontract or procurement functions.\nRole Specific Knowledge & Skills\nStrong organizational and administrative skills.\nBasic analytical and reporting capabilities. \nAttention to detail and data accuracy. \nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment. \nStrong communication and
