This is considered a fixed-term project employee hire through T.EN Workforce Solutions.\nAbout the Project\nCommonwealth LNG project is a new liquefaction and export facility in construction phase at a site located at the mouth of the Calcasieu River on the Gulf of America in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, USA consisting of 393 acres. The nominal net in tank capacity of each train facility is 1.55 million metric tons per annum (MTA), 9.3 MTA net in tank capacity for a 6-train facility.\nThe Project shall include, among other, the following systems / areas:\nInlet facilities\nPower Island \n6 LNG trains, each consisting of: Pre-Treatment Facilities including Mercury Removal, Acid Gas Removal (using BASF license), Dehydration and Heavy Hydrocarbon Removal (using UOP license); \nLiquefaction (using HONEYWELL technology) and Refrigeration. \n\nOSBL Interconnecting pipe racks;\nBoil-Off Gas compressors and associated pipe racks; \nOSBL Equipment and associated pipe racks; \nFlares (Elevated and Marine) \nLNG Tanks (5 ea - 50,000 m3) \nPower & Control Systems \nMarine Facility and LNG Loading Arms \nCivil, Structural and Heavy Haul Road\nAdministration, control, and warehouse facilities \nStorm Surge Wall\nAbout the opportunity we offer:\nThe construction Quality Admin Turnover Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the turnover process from construction through commissioning and handover to the client. This role ensures all systems, documentation, inspections, testing, and closeout requirements are completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate turnover activities between Construction, Quality, Commissioning, and Client representatives.\nTrack system and subsystem completion status and provide regular progress updates.\nParticipate in systemization reviews and turnover readiness assessments.\nLiaise and Coordinate with completion group turnover schedules, milestones, and system completion plans in terms of quality support.\nEnsure all supporting documentation is uploaded into Easy Plant and other project systems to validate tag completion and turnover readiness.\nVerify completeness, accuracy, and compliance of turnover packages before submission.\nCoordinate collection and compilation of quality records, inspection reports and test reports\nMonitor documentation punch items and coordinate their timely close-out.\nSupport construction and commissioning teams during system walkdowns and turnover inspections.\nGenerate, track, and monitor punch lists through closure.\nEnsure all completion certificates are properly issued, approved, and archived.\nSupport final handover activities and transfer of documentation to the Client.\nEnsure turnover deliverables comply with project specifications, quality requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable standards.\nIdentify documentation deficiencies, turnover risks, and quality concerns and coordinate corrective actions.\nEnsure traceability of quality records and inspection documentation.\nPrepare and distribute turnover status reports, KPI dashboards, and completion metrics.\nMonitor and report turnover performance against project milestones.\nEscalate issues that may impact project turnover dates, mechanical completion, or client handover milestones.\nAbout you:\nCatch this opportunity and invest in your skills development, should your profile meet these requirements.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Quality Administration, Turnover Coordination, System Completion, Commissioning, Construction Quality, or Document Control within EPC projects.\nExperience in LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Industrial Construction projects.\nExperience coordinating turnover packages, mechanical completion dossiers, quality records management, cross-functional team coordination and handover documentation.\nExperience working with completion management systems and electronic turnover databases.\nProficient in English language communication skills.
