They will work in collaboration with a team of full-stack developers in a Scrum-based environment, under the guidance of a Business Application Owner.\nThe Lead Developer will play a critical role in ensuring the technical quality of the application by promoting best practices, ensuring secure coding standards, and optimizing performance.
