Engineering Lead is providing dedicated digital support for the Engineering functions, within T.EN, ensuring alignment between enterprise architecture principles, business architecture and product delivery.\nThis role acts as a bridge between business needs and digital platforms, defining solution’s architecture and driving coherence, innovation, and operational efficiency within the product's lifecycle.\nThis role involves participating to product’s Framing phase and Design Phase, supporting the Execution Phase and delivering documentation during the whole product lifecycle, especially Product Architecture Reference Document, architecture reviews and finally promoting any action which can help reducing the T.EN technical debt.\nBusiness & Architecture Alignment\nCollaborate with Engineering stakeholders to understand business strategies, priorities, and requirements.\nTranslate business needs into solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards.\nSupport business transformation and process optimization initiatives.\nContribute to application rationalization and technology strategy decisions.\nDefine and maintain business capabilities, system dependencies, and conceptual data models.\nSolution Architecture\nDesign end-to-end solution architectures for Engineering products and platforms.\nDefine target-state architectures and roadmap evolution.\nEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.\nSupport delivery teams throughout the solution lifecycle.\nProduce and maintain architecture documentation and technical standards.\nEnsure consistency across applications, integrations, and data flows.\nGovernance & Compliance\nParticipate in architecture reviews and governance processes.\nEnsure compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines.\nPromote best practices in solution design, integration, and technology adoption.\nSupport cybersecurity, data management, and regulatory compliance requirements.\nContribute to technical debt reduction and lifecycle management activities.\nInnovation & Continuous Improvement\nEvaluate emerging technologies and architecture patterns.\nSupport Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience\nSignificant experience in IT and Digital organizations, including extensive experience in Solution Architecture roles.\nProven experience designing enterprise-scale business solutions.\nExperience leading architecture initiatives across complex environments.\nPrevious experience managing or mentoring technical teams.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of Solution Architecture principles and methodologies.\nExperience with enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.\nUnderstanding of business capability modelling, application architecture, and data architecture.\nFamiliarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.\nKnowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and product-centric organizations.\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity and governance principles.\nExperience with digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.\nAnalytical Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to assess business needs and convert them into practical technical solutions.\nStrategic environments.\nCompensation\nAnnual gross salary ranging from € 63.140,80 - € 78.926,00, determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity.\nPosition classified under
