months\nAbout the role:\nAs a V.I.E Project Operations & Logistics Support Engineer F/M and as part of the Technip Energies-JGC Joint Venture (TJJV) team, you will be seconded to the TJJV offices in Maputo, Mozambique, for the entire duration of your VIE assignment.\nWorking within the Operations & Logistics team, you will support the coordination and follow-up of a broad range of activities across the CORAL NORTH FLNG Project, providing exposure to several project disciplines and operational interfaces.\nYou will be responsible for assisting the Operations & Logistics team with the following tasks:\nSupporting the monitoring and coordination of project logistics activities, including material deliveries and transportation.\nAssisting with the preparation and maintenance of logistics, mobilization, and operational tracking tools.\nParticipating in the follow-up of personnel mobilization activities, including travel, accommodation, training, and site access requirements.\nSupporting the coordination of interfaces between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Marine Operations, Supply Chain, Project Controls, and other project disciplines.\nParticipating in weekly coordination meetings with project stakeholders, contractors, and service providers.\nAssisting in the preparation of project operational reports, dashboards, and presentations.\nSupporting operational readiness reviews and key project milestones.\nMonitoring and following up on action items arising from project meetings and coordination activities.\nSupporting the management and organization of project documentation, correspondence, and records related to operations and logistics activities.\nAbout the Operations & Logistics team:\nThe Operations & Logistics Team plays a central role in the execution of the CORAL NORTH FLNG Project, ensuring the effective management of operational activities, project interfaces, resources, logistics, and execution readiness throughout the project lifecycle.\nThe team's main responsibilities include:\nDefining and implementing the operational execution strategy required to support the successful delivery of project objectives.\nCoordinating operational interfaces between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Marine Operations, Supply Chain, Project Controls, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across all phases of the project.\nPlanning, monitoring, and supporting personnel, materials, equipment, and service readiness required for project execution.\nSupporting the preparation and execution of major operational milestones, offshore campaigns, mobilizations, and readiness activities.\nMonitoring project operational performance through the development of reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations.\nManaging operational interfaces with contractors, subcontractors, service providers, logistics partners, and project support functions.\nIdentifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks and constraints that may impact project execution, schedule, cost, or performance.\nDriving cross-functional coordination and facilitating information flow across project teams to ensure effective decision-making and execution.\nSupporting continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned activities, and the development of operational best practices throughout the execution phase.\nContributing to the successful delivery of the project by ensuring that resources, logistics, personnel, and operational activities are coordinated safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements\nAbout you:\nGraduate from a general engineering school, with a strong interest in gaining exposure to the execution of a major offshore LNG project.\nCurious and eager to develop a broad understanding of project execution across multiple disciplines, including engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, operations, and project controls.\nStrong interest in project coordination, operational activities, logistics, and international project environments.\nHighly organized, rigorous, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nTeam-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and take initiative.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in a multicultural environment.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and
