The role manages supplier purchase order performance through supplier expediting, inspection coordination, schedule tracking, quality monitoring, and reporting activities.\nThe position works closely with Buyers, Project VPM Managers, Logistics personnel, Material Managers, Quality Management teams, suppliers, clients, third-party agencies, and project stakeholders to ensure supplier commitments and project requirements are achieved.\nThe VPM Coordinator I is typically assigned responsibility for low-criticality purchase orders and supports vendor performance monitoring activities that contribute to successful project delivery and supplier performance management.\nKey Responsibilities\nFunctional Responsibilities\nReview and analyze supplier schedule information and provide delivery performance feedback to project stakeholders \nMonitor purchase order execution activities \nMaintain accurate order status information within material tracking systems \nCoordinate inspection activities with suppliers and third-party inspection agencies in accordance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) \nValidate purchase orders, drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation required for inspections \nConduct on-site expediting visits to regional suppliers as assigned \nCoordinate third-party expediting resources supporting regional and international suppliers \nTrack inspection and expediting budgets associated with assigned resources \nAnalyze supplier performance information and inspection deliverables \nDevelop and distribute supplier performance and production reports \nMaintain accurate project documentation, supplier records, and tracking information \nIdentify and report supplier schedule impacts, delays, and delivery risks \nIdentify and report supplier quality issues and non-conformance concerns \nSupport implementation of supplier schedule mitigation activities \nContribute to supplier and third-party agency performance evaluations\nCompliance / Operational Responsibilities\nFollow Technip Energies Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) procedures and requirements \nUtilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and exercise stop-work authority when necessary \nComply with company procedures, guidelines, standards, and project-specific VPM requirements \nMaintain accurate records using approved document management and material management systems \nInitiate and follow up on supplier quality issues within approved tracking systems \nEnsure timely escalation of supplier performance risks and project impacts \nSupport Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) supplier performance reporting activities \nMaintain compliance with vendor performance management procedures and reporting requirements \nAdvise management of any requested deviations from approved work scopes or procedures\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma \nExperience working in a multicultural, collaborative, and team-oriented environment \nAvailability to work flexible hours as required to support suppliers and global project teams \nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and virtual meeting platforms \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills \nAbility to travel regionally as required \nFluent English communication skills, both written and verbal\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline \nPMP or CAPM certification \nAvailability for international travel \nKnowledge of scheduling and milestone tracking \nKnowledge of EPC project execution or fabrication information lifecycles \nTwo to four years of experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, or
