We work with our clients to discover and define business problems, then collaborate with them to implement people, process, and technology solutions to realize benefits across the business.\nWe bring SAP technical expertise across technical PMO, architecture, integration, data & reporting, security, custom development, system build & administration, and testing.\nWe’ve worked with some of the biggest enterprises in utilities and the public sector such as Hydro One, Liberty Utilities, the Government of Canada, and the Province of Ontario.\nWe’re a team of 50+ staff and a network of 200+ alumni with 17+ years of experience delivering SAP solutions.\nWhat you'll need\nMandatory Qualifications\nResource must be Prosci/ADKAR certified.\n\nResource must be able to work and be located full-time on site at SaskEnergy Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.\n\nGas industry / utility knowledge.\n\nNatural Gas Transmission & Storage company knowledge or experience.\n\nKnowledge of Change Management Frameworks.\n\nExperience leading Change Management on IT projects. Knowledge of IT systems and digital transformation projects to understand technical impacts on users.\n\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to align change initiatives with project timelines.\n\nMaintaining project documentation related to all the change management activities.\n\nFacilitating discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change.\n\nExperience delivering a Change Management Strategy, Change Management Plan including a communication plan, sponsor reports, training plan and resistance management plans.\n\nExperience with conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary.\n\nExperience working independently and collaboratively with team members.\n\nExperience in knowledge sharing to ensure progressive realization of improvements within the change management standards.\n\nNorth American job experience.\n\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills to prepare and deliver updates, training, and workshops.\n\nWho you are\nProblem solver: You quickly formulate approaches from problem statements and target outcomes, undertake research using creative strategies, solve complex problems independently, and quickly learn and adapt to new situations.\n\nHighly organized: You think in systems and process, create structure in ambiguity, and relentlessly prioritize to pursue what drives the business forward.\n\nTeam player: You effectively partner with others to get things done.\n\nClear communicator: You are an excellent writer (memos, slides) and excel at distilling complex information into simple messaging.\n\nOutcomes driven: You collaborate with your clients, partners, and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and ruthlessly prioritize to meet those needs.\n\nAdditional information\nContract role\n\nDuration: 1 year\n\nOnsite (Regina, SK - 5 times a week)\n\nBackground check required\n\nOur belief is that diversity & inclusion enables us to build solutions that work.
