We work with our clients to discover and define business problems, then collaborate with them to implement people, process, and technology solutions to realize benefits across the business.\nWe bring SAP technical expertise across technical PMO, architecture, integration, data & reporting, security, custom development, system build & administration, and testing.\nWe’ve worked with some of the biggest enterprises in utilities and the public sector such as Hydro One, Liberty Utilities, the Government of Canada, and the Province of Ontario.\nWe’re a team of 50+ staff and a network of 200+ alumni with 17+ years of experience delivering SAP solutions.\nWhat you'll need\nMandatory Qualifications\nGood Understanding for Meter to cash Process in SAP ISU\n\nIn-depth knowledge of SAP ISU FICA Module, its functionalities, configurations, and its integration with other SAP ISU modules\n\nGood knowledge of Business Master Data, Technical Master Data\n\nExperience in setting up the Org structure, GL setup & Integration\n\nExperience in Cash journal, clearing control, Account Assignment, and setting up direct debit\n\nStrong understanding of Dunning, Collection, and Installment Plan processes\n\nSetting up Main and Sub Transaction\n\nKnowledge of Integration with Billing & FICO\n\nExpertise in preparing the Functional Specification documents\n\nGood understanding of C4C integration with SAP ISU\n\nBasic understanding of SAP ISU Device Management and SAP ISU Billing modules\n\nShould have working experience in at least 1 end to end to end Greenfield/brownfield SAP ISU/ SAP S4hana for Utilities implementation\n\nExperience in Data migration between non-SAP and SAP ISU systems\n\nShould have experience working in AS-IS To-BE Analysis and preparing Business Blueprint document\n\nShould have experience in supporting the Data Migration phase in SAP ISU/SAP S4HANA for Utilities project\n\nWho you are\nProblem solver: You quickly formulate approaches from problem statements and target outcomes, undertake research using creative strategies, solve complex problems independently, and quickly learn and adapt to new situations.\n\nHighly organized: You think in systems and process, create structure in ambiguity, and relentlessly prioritize to pursue what drives the business forward.\n\nTeam player: You effectively partner with others to get things done.\n\nClear communicator: You are an excellent writer (memos, slides) and excel at distilling complex information into simple messaging.\n\nOutcomes driven: You collaborate with your clients, partners, and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and ruthlessly prioritize to meet those needs.\n\nAdditional information\nContract role\n\nDuration: 6 months\n\nHybrid (3 days onsite in London, ON)\n\nBackground check required\n\nOur belief is that diversity & inclusion enables us to build solutions that work.
