As an Odoo Technical Developer, you will be part of a collaborative team, responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Odoo modules as part of enterprise-grade implementations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and customize modules in Odoo Community Edition to meet business needs.\nParticipate in end-to-end SDLC - requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.\nIntegrate Odoo with third-party applications using APIs and web services.\nWork with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.\nEnsure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation for developed features, integrations, and customizations.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.\nCollaborate with the team to meet delivery timelines in project and product contexts.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nExperience: 2-3 years of solid development experience in Odoo Community Edition.\nStrong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and QWeb.\nFamiliarity with Odoo framework internals, module development, and customizations.\nUnderstanding of SDLC and agile development methodologies.\nKnowledge of project/product documentation best practices.\n Odoo Certification (preferred).\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nPerformance will be measured based on the following:\nDelivery Timeliness - % of assigned tasks delivered on or before agreed deadlines.\n Code Quality - Number of defects/bugs reported post-deployment (target: Documentation - Completeness and clarity of technical documentation for each module delivered.\n Collaboration - Effective teamwork and communication with functional and technical peers (360° feedback).\nInnovation & Improvement - Demonstrated ability to suggest enhancements, optimizations, or reusability in code.\nApply Now\nOur Business Solutions\nEngineering\nSolutions\nBPO\nCloud Services\nAbout Us\nCompany History\nCorporate Governance\nFoundation\nOur People\nContacts\nContact Us\nUS Office\nTechno Brain GBS LLC\n109 East 17th Street Suite 80,\nCheyenne, WY 82001\nTel: +1 302 893 0609\nKenya Office\nP.O.
