operational data into cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or Snowflake).\n\n- Data Architecture : Oversee the transition from legacy data structures to modern, scalable architectures, ensuring data integrity and referential consistency across the enterprise.\n\n- Master Data Management (MDM) : Lead efforts to maintain a \"single source of truth\" for patient and provider data, minimizing duplicates and ensuring high-quality reporting.\n\nHealthcare Integration & Interoperability : \n\n- Standardization : Manage the development of real-time interfaces utilizing HL7 (v2/v3), FHIR, and HITECH, and HITRUST standards.\n\n- Data Quality Framework : Implement automated validation and reconciliation processes to detect and resolve data discrepancies before they impact clinical decisions or financial reporting.\n\n- Audit Support : Maintain comprehensive documentation of data lineage and integration mappings for US regulatory audits.\n\nLeadership & Offshore Excellence : \n\n- Team Orchestration : Lead and mentor a team of 15+ engineers, managing performance, career development, and technical skill-building.\n\n- Global Collaboration : Act as the primary offshore technical lead, collaborating daily with US-based Product Owners and SVPs to align technical execution with business strategy.\n\n- Velocity & Delivery : Manage sprint cycles and delivery timelines, ensuring that data and integration milestones are met with high predictability.\n\n- Work closely with Information Security to ensure robust access controls are implemented for all sensitive data accessed via BI tools.\n\nQualification : \n\nB.Tech / B.E / Graduation in any specialization\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- Deep expertise in at least one enterprise-level BI visualization tool (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI).\n\n- Advanced proficiency in SQL and performance tuning of complex queries against large-scale data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse).\n\n- Strong, practical understanding of dimensional data modeling (Kimball methodology).\n\n- Experience with ETL/data pipeline concepts and tools to understand the data source flow.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing network issues and performance bottlenecks.\n\n- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n\n- Hands-on experience with tools such as MuleSoft, Airflow, ETL platforms, APIs, UiPath, MOVEit\n\n- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP/Azure)\n\n- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.\n\n- Familiarity with Python/R for advanced analytics or predictive modeling.\n\n- Experience with cloud-native data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Azure Synapse).\n\n- Certification in a relevant BI or Data Warehousing
