The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of SAP PS experience and proven experience delivering at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.\n\nThe consultant will be responsible for SAP PS solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, integration, and post-go-live support, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams.\n\nExperience or domain knowledge in the Education sector is preferred but not mandatory.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP PS implementations on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.\n\n- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP PS solutions.\n\n- Configure SAP PS functionality including :\n\n1. Project definitions\n\n2. WBS elements\n\n3. Networks and activities\n\n4. Project planning and scheduling\n\n5. Project budgeting and cost planning\n\n6. Project costing\n\n7. Milestone processing\n\n8. Project settlement\n\n9. Actual and commitment cost tracking\n\n10. Project status management\n\n- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-to-standard analysis, and identify process improvements.\n\n- Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.\n\n- Configure and support SAP PS integration with relevant modules such as :\n\n1. SAP Finance (FI)\n\n2. Controlling (CO)\n\n3. Materials Management (MM)\n\n4. Sales and Distribution (SD)\n\n5. Asset Management (EAM), where applicable\n\n- Support data migration, configuration validation, integration testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.\n\n- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate solutions during implementation and production support.\n\n- Work with SAP technical teams, integration teams, and business stakeholders to resolve cross-functional issues.\n\n- Participate in SAP Activate implementation activities, including fit-to-standard workshops, sprint planning, testing, cutover, and hypercare.\n\n- Ensure solutions follow SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud best practices and standard functionality.\n\n- Support continuous improvement and optimization of SAP PS processes after implementation.\n\n- Prepare training materials and provide knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.\n\n- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.\n\n- Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAP PS experience.\n\n- Proven experience with at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.\n\n- Strong understanding of SAP Project System business processes and configuration.\n\n- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation methodology and SAP standard processes.\n\n- Strong understanding of SAP PS integration with FI/CO and other relevant SAP modules.\n\n- Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Good verbal and written communication skills.\n\n- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- SAP certification, particularly an SAP S/4HANA Cloud / Public Cloud certification, is preferred.\n\n- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is highly desirable.\n\n- Experience working with SAP Activate methodology.\n\n- Experience in the Education sector is preferred.\n\n- Experience with SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) and SAP Cloud implementation tools is an advantage.\n\n- Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP standard cloud applications is an advantage.\n\n- Exposure to SAP integration, APIs, or cloud-based integration platforms is a plus.\n\nEducation Domain Experience :\n\n- Experience in the Education sector is preferred but not mandatory.\n\n- Candidates with experience implementing SAP
