This individual will play a critical role in maintaining financial and schedule oversight of the program, supporting informed decision-making and ensuring effective project delivery. The successful candidate will oversee project controls functions, including cost management, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, performance monitoring, and reporting. This individual will work closely with project leadership, construction management teams, contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure project performance aligns with established scope, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.\nOversee project controls activities, including cost management, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and performance reporting.\nMonitor project budgets, expenditures, commitments, and financial performance; identify variances and recommend corrective actions.\nDevelop, maintain, and review project schedules, cost reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.\nIdentify potential project risks, delays, cost impacts, and other issues affecting project delivery.\nPrepare and present project status reports, financial analyses, dashboards, and management briefings.\nCoordinate with project managers, estimators, schedulers, contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure accurate and consistent project reporting.\nEstablish and maintain project controls procedures, processes, and reporting standards.\nTrack project progress against established milestones, budgets, and performance objectives.\nSupport change management, cost forecasting, schedule analysis, and overall project performance assessments.\nProvide guidance and oversight to project controls personnel as needed.\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExtensive experience in project controls, cost management, scheduling, or project management within large-scale construction or infrastructure programs.\nExperience supporting major transportation, infrastructure, aviation, or public-sector capital construction projects preferred.\nStrong understanding of project budgeting, cost estimating, forecasting, scheduling, and financial reporting.\nExperience monitoring project performance, analyzing cost and schedule variances, and identifying project risks.\nExcellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with project management, scheduling, cost control, and reporting software.\nAbility to coordinate effectively with senior leadership, clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.\nCOMPENSATION\nThe anticipated compensation range for this position is $150,000-190,000/yr.
