They use our software to apply world class fire, weather, and climate modeling and simulations to pressing operational and planning decisions.\nAs a Senior Product Manager at Technosylva you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution for key functionality within our core SaaS Operations product line. You will lead the discovery and delivery of these functions within the product that solve real customer problems while helping scale the business. interviews, data analysis, and market research to identify valuable, usable, and feasible solutions for our utility and agency customers\nCreate and maintain product artifacts while driving the process from conception through go-to-market, including beta testing and rollout strategies\nPartner with engineering teams to define technical solutions and success metrics that align with business objectives\nDevelop and maintain the product roadmap and vision based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business strategy\nBuild strong relationships with utility and other customers to deeply understand their workflows and pain points\nCollaborate across sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and market requirements\nContinuously refine product features based on customer feedback and emerging market needs\nAssist with product pricing and packaging strategies \nRequired Skills\n4+ years of product management experience, including experience leading B2B/enterprise SaaS products\nTrack record of driving product discovery and validation, including leading research programs and developing systematic approaches to customer feedback\nExpertise in SaaS metrics, unit economics, and business strategy\nExperience managing large-scale enterprise deployments with utility companies or similar regulated industries\nAdvanced analytical skills with the ability to develop frameworks for complex decision-making\nDemonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams\nPreferred Skills\nProduct development experience in ClimateTech, wildfire and/or utility software\nDeep understanding of utility operations and regulatory frameworks\nExperience with ML and advanced analytics \nExperience using AI tools to manage product roadmaps, requirement writing and wireframing or UI/UX
