Training Needs Analysis & Curriculum Development\n\nConduct training needs assessments across all departments to identify skills gaps.\n\nDevelop annual training plans and structured training curricula based on business and operational requirements.\n\nDesign relevant training programs for production, technical, maintenance, and administrative teams.\n\n2. Competency Matrix Development\n\nDevelop and maintain competency matrices for different job roles and departments.\n\nIdentify the required technical and behavioral competencies for each position.\n\nAssess employees’ competencies and recommend appropriate development plans.\n\n3. On-the-Job Training (OJT) & Train-the-Trainer (TTT)\n\nDevelop and implement structured On-the-Job Training programs for plant and office employees.\n\nPrepare training materials, practical checklists, and assessment tools.\n\nIdentify and prepare internal trainers and subject-matter experts to deliver effective training sessions.\n\n4. Digital Learning & LMS\n\nSupport the development and implementation of the company’s Online Training Hub / Learning Management System (LMS).\n\nOrganize digital learning materials, training modules, and learning resources.\n\nTrack employees’ training progress, completion rates, and assessment results.\n\n5. Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement\n\nMonitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement indicators.\n\nMaintain training records and prepare periodic reports on training activities and employee development.\n\nUse AI tools to develop training content, presentations, assessments, and interactive learning materials.\n\nRequirements\n\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role.\n\nPractical experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), curriculum development, and training planning.\n\nExperience developing competency matrices and implementing OJT programs.\n\nFamiliarity with LMS platforms or digital learning projects.\n\nGood analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.\n\nAbility to work with both factory-based and office-based teams.\n\nKnowledge of AI tools for training content development is an advantage.\n\nJob Details\n\n????
