This opportunity is ideal for young engineers who want to build their manufacturing expertise through practical experience in process monitoring, production reporting, yield improvement, and shop-floor operations.\n\n⚙️ Key Responsibilities:\n\nMonitor production line performance and shift operating parameters to support daily production targets.\n\nPerform material mass balance, production yield, and cycle-time calculations.\n\nPrepare daily shift reports covering production output, scrap, material consumption, and downtime.\n\nApply practical 5S and TPM tools to improve workplace organization, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.\n\nSupport machine operators in following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining consistent production quality.\n\nRecord shift output, raw material consumption, and downtime causes using ERP or digital tracking systems.\n\nIdentify production losses and support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nUse AI tools and digital solutions, where appropriate, to assist with Excel formulas, data analysis, technical reporting, and problem-solving.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Production, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Chemical Engineering is not the preferred background for this role.\n\n1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.\n\nBasic practical understanding of material balance, yield calculations, cycle times, and production KPIs.\n\nFamiliarity with shop-floor 5S, TPM, and waste-reduction practices.\n\nAbility to prepare production reports and work with Excel, ERP, or digital production tracking systems.\n\nWillingness to work on-site and commit to rotating factory shifts, including night shifts when required.\n\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is an advantage.\n\n????
