networks across Belbeis, 10th of Ramadan, and Obour.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.\n\nRecruit blue-collar workers, skilled technicians, and industrial technical staff for manufacturing operations.\n\nDevelop and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, vocational training centers, and local sourcing networks.\n\nBuild and maintain strong sourcing networks across Belbeis, 10th of Ramadan, and Obour industrial zones.\n\nCoordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.\n\nConduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, technical experience, and suitability for the role.\n\nTrack recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, number of hires, sourcing effectiveness, and recruitment costs.\n\nMaintain an updated candidate database and accurate recruitment records.\n\nUse AI tools and digital recruitment solutions to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate communication efficiency.\n\nEnsure a positive candidate experience and timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\nTime-to-fill for technical and skilled-trade positions.\n\nNumber of successful hires per month.\n\nQuality of hire and hiring manager satisfaction.\n\nCandidate pipeline strength and sourcing effectiveness.\n\nOffer acceptance rate and recruitment process efficiency.\n\nLocation: Arab Engineers Association, Belbeis, Sharqia & Head Office at Cairo\nExperience: 3+ years in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments\nWorking Days: Sunday – Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)\nAvailability: Immediate joiners preferred\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial companies.\n\nProven experience recruiting blue-collar workers and technical or skilled-trade positions.\n\nStrong knowledge of candidate sourcing channels and industrial labor markets.\n\nEstablished recruitment networks in Belbeis, 10th of Ramadan, or Obour are highly preferred.\n\nGood communication, interviewing, negotiation, and coordination skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.\n\nFamiliarity with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and AI recruitment tools is an
