We are licensed by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps as a private security company.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Operations Manager \n\nLocation: Lagos \n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEnsure client concerns and operational issues are addressed promptly and professionally.\nDevelop and implement effective security strategies and policies.\nOversee daily security operations across multiple client locations.\nMonitor compliance with company policies, operational standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.\nSupervise, motivate, and mentor security personnel and operational teams to maintain high performance and professionalism.\nConduct and coordinate security risk assessments and recommend appropriate measures to address identified risks.\nLead the response to security incidents, emergencies, and other operational challenges.\nEnsure security personnel are properly deployed, supervised, and equipped to perform their duties effectively.\nDevelop and maintain effective emergency response and crisis management procedures.\nPrepare regular operational reports and provide management with updates on security activities, incidents, challenges, and recommendations.\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience managing security teams across multiple locations.\nStrong organizational and people-management skills.\nStrong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nStrong knowledge of security operations, risk management, and emergency response.\nBachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field.
