The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Mainframe technologies, incident management, and application support, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless operations in enterprise environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Provide Application Managed Services (AMS) support for Mainframe applications and platforms.\n\n- Monitor, analyze, and resolve application and production-related incidents within defined SLAs.\n\n- Support and maintain Mainframe applications built on IMS DB/DC, CICS, DB2, and Netron.\n\n- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.\n\n- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth application operations.\n\n- Execute and support batch processing activities and production deployments.\n\n- Troubleshoot application, database, and transaction-processing issues across Mainframe environments.\n\n- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.\n\n- Ensure application stability, performance, and availability through proactive monitoring and support.\n\n- Prepare and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and knowledge repositories.\n\n- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for support processes and system reliability.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- Strong experience in Mainframe Application Managed Services (AMS).\n\n- Hands-on expertise in:\n\n1. IMS DB/DC\n\n2. CICS\n\n3. DB2\n\n4. Netron\n\n- Good understanding of:\n\n1. JCL (Job Control Language)\n\n2. COBOL\n\n3.
