The candidate will be responsible for driving DevOps strategy, technical architecture, cloud adoption, automation, deployment processes, and platform reliability while providing technical leadership across multiple teams.\n\nThe role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, DevOps ownership, leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on problem-solving skills.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead and own DevOps engineering initiatives across applications, platforms, and infrastructure.\n\n- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, reliability, and automation.\n\n- Drive AWS/cloud infrastructure, deployment, automation, scalability, and reliability initiatives.\n\n- Define and implement DevOps best practices across development and production environments.\n\n- Lead technical discussions around cloud architecture, deployment architecture, infrastructure automation, and application reliability.\n\n- Collaborate with application development teams working on Java and Node.js applications.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to deployments, infrastructure, networking, application performance, and production environments.\n\n- Drive automation across build, deployment, testing, monitoring, and operational processes.\n\n- Establish and improve engineering standards around CI/CD, release management, environment management, and production deployments.\n\n- Work closely with development, product, security, infrastructure, and business teams to manage technical dependencies.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to DevOps engineers and developers.\n\n- Take ownership of technically complex projects and ensure successful delivery.\n\n- Support production deployments and participate in incident/problem resolution when required.\n\n- Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.\n\n- Communicate technical risks, dependencies, solutions, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.\n\nCore Technical Skills :\n\nMust-Have :\n\n- Strong experience in DevOps and Cloud Engineering.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud technologies.\n\n- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.\n\n- Strong experience with Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD tools.\n\n- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including connectivity, DNS, load balancing, security, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Strong software development background with exposure to Java and/or Node.js.\n\n- Experience with application deployment, production environments, and release management.\n\n- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, automation, infrastructure, and cloud architecture.\n\n- Proven experience
