Move with us for a better world!\nYour Role\nAs a Corporate Project Manager at Technogym you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of cross-functional projects. Your primary purpose is to provide centralized management over a portfolio of corporate projects, guaranteeing they align with our business goals, are completed on time, and stay within budget. You will serve as a key liaison between department heads, executive stakeholders, and project teams to foster collaboration and ensure seamless project delivery.\nYour Impact\nManage the entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.\nImplement and oversee project management methodologies and best practices across the organization.\nAnalyze project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize potential roadblocks.\nEnsure clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, including regular status reporting.\nCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.\nDevelop and manage detailed project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are met.\nMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.\nLead and motivate project teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver high-quality results.\nEnsure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.\nAbout You\nYou have a background in strategic or management consulting, with 2-4 years of experience in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.\nYou possess a strong analytical mindset and are skilled at breaking down complex problems to find effective solutions.\nYou have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to top management.\nFluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus.\nYou are a proactive individual with a natural aptitude for leadership and teamwork.\nYou are familiar with key project management methodologies and are eager to apply your skills in a structured, international corporate setting.\nYour passion for innovation and wellness makes you a great fit to join our team and contribute to Technogym's mission.\nCompensation Data\nWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €40,000 and €60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
