Move with us for a better world!\nYour Role\nWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility services, including maintenance, safety, and compliance, while ensuring a functional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.\nThis role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of facilities management best practices.\nYour Impact\nEnsure the proper functioning of Technogym Village, including workstations and all technological and technical systems at operational sites in Italy, and supervise remote locations such as branches and plants.\nManage energy supplies, purchasing them under the best market conditions.\nCoordinate and manage routine and extraordinary maintenance activities at Technogym Village, ensuring system efficiency and a functional, respectable workplace for guests and collaborators.\nOversee cleaning, gardening, and all general services.\nManage the Technogym group’s vehicle fleet (HQ, Subs, TG EE).\nSupervise the entrance of collaborators, vehicles, and goods at Technogym Village, supporting internal logistics.\nManage corporate telephony (mobile and fixed), related contracts, and support branches.\nOversee processes for improving and safeguarding workplace safety, environmental standards, and ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certifications.\nProvide technical support for special industrial/plant projects (remote locations, new production sites, etc.).\nAbout You\nIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.\nWhat you should bring:\nMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a similar role.\nProven experience in managing technical and technological systems.\nExperience in energy procurement and management.\nDemonstrated experience in coordinating maintenance activities and managing general services.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities.\nProficiency in managing corporate telephony systems.\nKnowledge of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certifications and safety standards.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.\nCompensation Data\nWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €60,000 and €80,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
