Move with us for a better world!\nYour Role\nWe’re looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team in January 2027 on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a maternity leave. This role could be a part-time or full-time role. You’ll be the go-to person for HR inquiries, keeping the day-to-day running smoothly and helping keep our employees safe by looking after our WHS initiativs. You see how a business of around 100 people runs its people side from the inside, from hiring to onboarding to payroll.\nYour Impact\nRecruitment admin runs smoothly, including posting ads, scheduling interviews and keeping candidates updated\nNew starters have a well-prepared first day, with contracts, system access, phone and IT equipment ready\nLeavers are offboarded properly, with paperwork done, equipment returned and access closed out\nProbation end dates are tracked and managers are reminded on time\nHR records and data in SuccessFactors stay accurate and current\nEmployment letters and contract variations are prepared, and routine questions in the HR inbox are picked up\nFollow ups with managers and employees on completions in Successfactors or trainings,\nPolicy acknowledgements and training sign-offs are tracked and followed up\nWHS records are kept audit-ready, like incident logs and completed checks, are kept in order in Laminar Pro, and workers comp paperwork is prepared\nNew starters are trained on Laminar Pro, and use of the platform is followed up\nOffice and admin purchases, like IT, supplies and first aid, are raised as an SAP PR and then ordered from the supplier\nEngagement admin, like organizing events and culture activities, is taken care of\nProcesses and workflows are improved where possible\nAbout You\nIdeally, you're organised, you notice small details and you follow things through.\nWhat you should bring:\n1-2 years’ experience in HR administration, coordination or a similar support role\nGood Excel and computer skills, and quick to pick up new systems\nClear written communication\nComfortable with working to deadlines\nRespect for confidentiality, as you will handle sensitive information\nAvailability for 3-5 days a week\nIdeally, first experience with WHS\nTechnogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
