Move with us for a better world!\nYour Role\nWe are looking for a Human Performance Data Specialist to join our team at Technogym. The position will focus on the analysis and interpretation of complex data related to human performance, with the goal of developing innovative training methodologies, personalized programs, and functional assessment protocols based on data and scientific evidence.\nYour Impact\nAnalyze complex datasets derived from performance and training studies to extract meaningful insights and support evidence-based decision making.\nDevelop predictive models and algorithms to optimize training protocols and assessment methodologies, leveraging advanced statistical techniques and machine learning approaches.\nContribute to the definition of innovative methodologies based on data analysis and scientific literature, translating research findings into practical applications.\nCollaborate with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to integrate analytical results into operational solutions and ensure data-driven product development.\n Prepare reports and presentations to share results with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbout You\nIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.\nWhat you should bring:\nMaster’s degree and/or Ph.D. in Exercise Science, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related disciplines.\nStrong experience in complex data analysis and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.\nExcellent knowledge of exercise physiology and training principles.\nAbility to work with large datasets and develop predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.\nExcellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data insights for diverse audiences.\nExperience in scientific papers writing and reviewing is a plus.\nExperience with the use of Gas Exchange Analyzers, EMG and Motion Capture devices is a plus.\nCompensation Data\nWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €30,000 and €65,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
