Move with us for a better world!\nYour Role\nWe are looking for a talented and highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer Specialist to join our Operations Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).\nIn order to perform the role, you should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, able to work successfully in a dynamic environment that includes multiple platforms and architectures, technologies and work environments. Together with your team, you will take care of the management of Continuous Improvement and problem solving projects in the manufacturing fields, respecting the rules of Lean Thinking: you will also have the task of increasing production efficiency and identifying effective measures aimed at increasing the value for our customers.\nAs part of the role, you will be involved in projects aiming at improving Plant Standards and helping team leaders in the correct technical training of line operators. Together with the other business areas (R&D, T&M, QA, etc.) you will have the task of optimizing and monitoring production processes, production cycles and quality and technological standards while guaranteeing the safety standards of our production process.\nYour Impact\nManage Problem Solving activities (6σ, Kaizen, etc ...) related to production\nManage continuous improvement activities in production\nManage line balances together with team leaders based on productivity needs, available resources and specific process criticalities\nOrganize training sessions (quality assurance, time and method and balancing of lines) and generate, standardize and improve training modules\nEvaluate projects and resources needed to promote Continuous Improvement activities\nEnsure that occupational safety and ergonomics standards are met through the validation of manufacturing processes, equipment, masks, etc\nParticipate in process audit\nImprove quality control standard\nAbout You\nIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical with a strong team-player mindset.\nWhat you should bring:\nDegree in Mechanical or Management Engineering, with a course of study focused on production and logistics\n1-2 year's of previous experience in a similar role or in manufacturing, production, time and methods or logistics areas\nFluent in Italian and English (minimum level required B2 CEFR)\nKnowledge of production processes and assembly processes\nKnowledge of Lean fundamentals (Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC process, 6σ, lean activities)\nOrientation to achieve objectives\nGood interpersonal skills\nExcellent computer skills\nAn important plus is the candidate coming from Automotive or Industrial companies with series production, characterized by complexity and focused on continuous improvement and problem solving\nKnowledge of SAP and Power BI will be considered a plus\nCompensation Data\nWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €30,000 and €50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
