Move with us for a better world!\nYour Role\nWe are looking for a Mechanical Designer Engineer to join our R&D Team at Technogym HQ (Italy - Cesena).\nIdeally, you have a strong interest and proven capabilities in mechanical design, as you will be responsible for executing mechanical projects in compliance with requirements, costs, and deadlines, guaranteeing the expected product performance, quality and reliability.\nYour Impact\nGuarantee mechanical design of the product/parts in accordance with technical and reliability specifications, target costs, timelines and internal design guidelines\nGuarantee proper process management\nGuarantee high-quality design and technical documentation\nExecute the dimensioning of machines, parts and assemblies\nCarry out 3D solid modeling\nAbout You\nIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You enjoy working in a team and are interested in product innovation. You are results and customer-driven and strive to continuously improve.\nWhat you should bring:\nTechnical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering\nPrevious experience in executing designs of machines or functional groups of machines independently, taking care of the layout, dimensioning and engineering\nExpert user of 3D CAD systems (preferably PTC Creo) and skilled at modelling solids and surfaces\nExperience in projects with challenging objectives relating to the product cost (preferably in product-driven companies)\nGood knowledge of the rules of dimensioning of mechanical parts in carpentry / metal materials and plastics and ability to conduct analytical structural evaluation/verification\nKnowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, processes and cost drivers and ability to use them in process design\nGood communication skills\nProficiency in English and Italian\nCompensation Data\nWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
