Move with us for a better world!\nYour Role\nWe are looking for an energetic and process driven Mechanical Supplier Quality Engineer to join our Purchasing Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena, Italy.\nIn this role, you will be in charge of the management, monitoring and improvement of the performance of the supply chain.\nYour Impact\nCoordinate the development and industrialization of suppliers\nDevelop quality documentation regarding the control of supplies\nManage “time planning” of suppliers until components/products delivery\nManage supplier qualification process\nPromote corrective actions in case of deviations of product particularities\nGuarantee the support to purchasing department in evaluating and confirm new suppliers\nGuarantee the support to R&D department to develop new component / equipment\nIdentify new technologies and supply opportunities\nImprove current process so as to remove potential obstacles and defects\nAbout You\nIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.\nWhat you should bring:\nMaster's Degree in Engineering, Economics or other relevant fields\nBackground as Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, R&D Engineer\nKnowledge of industrial processes and technologies\nAPQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)\nPrevious experience in automotive, white goods and automatic industries is considered a plus \nEnglish fluency (minum level C1 CEFR)\nProblem Solving attitude and 8D, A3 methodology (6sigma)\nProcess Auditing experience \nCompensation Data\nWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €55,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
