Move with us for a better world!\nYour Role\nWe are looking for a talented and highly motivated Mechatronic/Electronic Project Leader to drive the development, validation and industrialization of our mechatronic/electronic systems and devices.\nThe role combines technical leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring the delivery of high quality, cost-effective, timely product solutions and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.\nYour Impact\nLead the end-to-end development of assigned project, ensuring compliance with quality, performance, cost, and competitiveness targets. \nGuarantee the achievement of project timing, milestones, and budget objectives.\nDefine technical specifications and system architectures, ensuring proper. integration of mechanics, electronics, and software.\nSupervise system and hardware design choices to ensure maximum product. reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability.\nManage and coordinate international OEM suppliers.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams involved in the assigned project (R&D electronics, mechanics, firmware, manufacturing engineering, purchasing, quality).\nOversee the creation, release, and maintenance of all technical documentation (specifications, BOM, test plans, reports).\nSupport industrialization phases, ensuring smooth product start-up and rapid issue resolution.\nSupport DFMEA/PFMEA, design reviews, and risk mitigation strategies.\nPromote continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and design methodologies.\nCoordinate root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address product performance, reliability, or quality issues. \nAbout You\nIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You can be resourceful and responsive in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of customer satisfaction and confidence.\nWhat you should bring:\nMaster’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.\nExperience in mechatronic and/or electronic system design, development and industrialization.\nExperience of embedded systems, sensors, power electronics, and networking technologies.\nFamiliarity with product safety, EMC, and regulatory standards.\nKnowledge with PLM system (e.g., Windchill ) for managing product structures, engineering changes, and BOMs.\n Knowledge of validation and testing methodologies for mechatronic/ electronic systems. \nNice to have experience with DFMEA/PFMEA.\nProject management capabilities: planning, execution, risk management.\nProblem-solving mindset and structured analytical approach.\nAbility to lead multidisciplinary teams in a structured product development process.\nKnowledge of MS Office and project tracking tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Notion).\nCompensation Data\nWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €45,000 and €60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
