Leadership and passion will make a difference!\nYour Impact\nNew products start up\nDefine and implement the best manufacturing process to ensure safety, quality, and costs\nDefine factory and assembly line layout\nDefine internal logistic flows\nDefine production Standard Time\nCoordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress\nAbout You\nIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.\nWhat you should bring:\nDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing) or Technical Diploma\nExperience in new product startup\nExperience in assembly process\nKnowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing (Waste, Poka Yoka, Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC process, 6σ, etc)\nExperience in production standard time definition\nKnowledge of Office packages in particular Excel\nKnowledge of Autocad / CAD\nTeam player with strong leadership\nStrong practical sense\nItalian and English fluency\nAvailability for national and international business trips\nCompensation Data\nWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €45,000 and €60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
