Move with us for a better world!\nYour Role\nWe are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our R&D Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).\nIn this role, you will be responsible for achieving cost, quality, time-to-market, innovation, and competitiveness goals in product development.\nAs Product Development Manager, you will contribute to defining strategies and objectives and ensure the effective application of the Company's Global Solution Process with a focus on continuous improvement. You will oversee team activities while fostering professional development, manage design outsourcing and co-design with suppliers, and promote integration across product development areas.\nYour Impact\nAccountable for new product development process from design to the start of production\nEnsure that product development meets objectives for cost, quality, time-to-market, innovation, and competitiveness\nCollaborate in defining product development strategies and objectives aligned with company goals\nEnsure the effective application of the Global Solution Process (GSP) and contribute to its continuous improvement\nPlan and oversee the activities of team members, fostering their professional development in both technical and managerial skills\nManage the outsourcing of design activities and co-design efforts with external suppliers while maintaining control over product development\nPromote collaboration and integration across various product development areas to enhance overall efficiency and innovation\nAbout You\nIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management / solution selling / strategic thinking / relationship skills.\nWhat you should bring:\nMaster's Degree in Mechanical Engineering\nExtensive experience in R&D and/or Design Departments of structured companies (e.g. automotive, manufacturing, electronic goods, etc)\nExpert user of 3D CAD systems (preferably PTC Creo)\nExperience in project management with challenging objectives related to product development costs and deadlines\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, processes and cost drivers\nKnowledge of Competitive Products\nKnowledge of technologies applied to Platform Products\nKnowledge of SPG\nKnowledge of business processes for BOM management in the ERP system\nExcellent leadership and communication skills \nEnglish fluency (minim level B2 CEFR)\nCompensation Data\nWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €70,000 and €100,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
