Move with us for a better world!\nYour Role\nWe are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the evolution of Technogym Products. In this role, you will maximize the customer journey and user experience for end-users and professional users, in line with the Technogym process, starting from company guidelines and liaising with PMs, Network Sales Specialists and all other players in the development process.\nYou will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to a product concept and coordinating product development, defining product specs and a roadmap for incremental development. You will define the product launch and incremental communication.\nYour Impact\nCollect input by interviewing and collecting requests and feedback from customers using the product in real contexts\nAnalyze competitors and structure requests from all internal players in the development process\nCoordinate the internal departments and external competencies which contribute to the creation of new product concepts \nVerify the perceived value of the proposed product concept with customers\nDefine the product’s main behaviors and the evolution of feature development to ensure early deployment and collection of feedback from real users, while maximizing profit for the company\nDefine the pricing and the expected volumes of sales, based on the roadmap and internal (e.g. Sales Team) and market input \nEnsure that all specifications and materials needed for development are produced by the different areas in time for the product development\nAssess and decide on trade-offs on product specs\nEnsure compliance with development time and costs\nDefine the product launch plan and coordinate its execution with the Communication, Marketing and other Departments\nPrepare the most effective communication material to present the new incremental features to the sales team and customers\nAbout You\nIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.\nWhat you should bring:\nDegree in Marketing, Engineering, or Economics\n8+ years’ experience in Product Marketing\n8+ years' experience in Product Project Management\n5+ years' experience in Connected and integrated ecosystem Products/Services (Apps, wearables, Connected Equipment)\n5+ years' experience in Sport Performance, Wearable Devices, Indoor training products.\nIn-depth knowledge of User Experience and Market Research \nStrong Ability in Product/Services presentation\nWilling to travel annually (30% of your time)\nEnglish C1\nRole-related understanding of Cyber risk, information security & cybersecurity topics\nCompensation Data\nWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €65,000 and €90,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
