Move with us for a better world!\nYour Role\nWe are looking a dinamic e brilliant R&D Program Manager who will lead Product Development Project's program planning in multi project and matrix organisation environment, full integrated development project scenario definition, cross company milestones, critical tasks and deadlines monitoring and update, program deviation analysis.\nYour Impact\nResources Workload analysis/prediction\nRisk Analysis, Critical tasks and deadlines monitoring and update. program deviation analysis \nUpdate/Progress meeting organisation, deviation detection/tracking and support to recovery plan/work-around definition in order to meet defined deadlines\nNew Product development Plan and Launch cross functional support.\nInformation collection of cross funcional running project progress during different development stages and continuous plan update\nControl reporting aimed to define effective timing monitoring and project timing forecast\nDeviation events critical analysis aimed to the Development Process improvement and Time To Market reduction\nAbout You\nProgram Manager in structured organisation such as automotive, automatic machines industries with product development activity of durable medium series and high complexity products.\nMain required skills are:\nMaster Degree in Mechanical Engineering\nknowledge of Product Development processes and related structured approach\nKnowledge of Project Management metodologies and tools (with special reference to Primavera, Smart Sheet, MS Project)\nKnowledge of ERP and PLM management systems (SAP, Windchill)\nKnowledge of the company processes that involve technical information\nResources use optimisation\nKnowledge of main Office Automation tools (with special reference to Excel and Power Point\nLeadership and excellent interpersonal skills\nOrganizational, analysis and synthesis skills\nWellness oriented\nGood in english\nEnthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, Passion and Ethics complete the desired profile\n\nCompensation Data\nWe believe great work deserves great recognition.
