In this role, you will support Technical Call Centers in complex equipment issues dealing with customers, and support and coordinate Technicians in the field. You will be responsible for the certification and training of Technician.\nYou will have a crucial role in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of repair activities in the field, thereby helping to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.\nYour Impact\nSupport Technicians in the field to ensure the most effective and efficient performance in executing jobs\nSupport Technical Call Centers in complex equipment issues dealing with customers\nAct as a key element of the problem-solving process by ensuring a timely technical feedback from the market\nCollaborate in proactively managing customer complaints and issues, by participating in the analysis of the root cause of the problem to drive technical resolution\nCollaborate in auditing Technicians’ field performance\nOversee the certification and training of Technicians\nEnsure customer data accuracy on the Install base systems\nAbout You\nIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
