Are you passionate about Observability, AI-driven AIOps, and Platform Engineering? We are looking for an experienced Observability Product Manager with AI to join a long-term project in Burlington, MA (Hybrid - 3-4 days/week).

Role: Observability Product Manager with AI

Location: Burlington, MA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

We're looking for professionals with:

8+ years in Platform Engineering, Observability, Reliability Engineering, or Technical Product Management

5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS, Davis AI, DQL, Grail, and Log Analytics

Strong knowledge of AIOps, AI/ML, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and causality analysis

Experience with Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms, Microservices, Distributed Systems, and SaaS environments

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Automation

Financial Services or other regulated enterprise experience is highly preferred
