In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of awareness specialists and collaborate with various internal and external partners to promote security best practices across the organization. You will engage with executive leadership to influence security culture, leverage analytics to measure program effectiveness, and continuously identify opportunities to reduce human-related security risks. This is a hybrid position, offering both remote flexibility and in-person engagement at our corporate campuses in St. Louis, Missouri.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and oversee the Security Awareness Program, including risk assessment, program planning, and cross-team collaboration.\nManage, mentor, and develop a team of awareness specialists, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.\nDesign and execute targeted education campaigns focused on phishing, social engineering, password security, AI, and data protection.\nUse data visualization and analytical tools to evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement.\nPartner with the Information Security Office to develop risk profiles and implement remediation strategies through tailored education and testing.\nMonitor industry trends and internal data to stay ahead of emerging risks and adjust programs accordingly.\nCollaborate with IT and business units to identify operational security gaps and provide guidance to address them.\nInfluence stakeholders at all levels to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n6+ years of experience managing or leading security awareness or related programs.\nProven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams within global organizations.\nStrong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience working with vendors, third-party providers, and negotiating contracts.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.\nRelevant security certifications such as SSAP or CSAP are a plus.\nMust reside in or near St. Louis, Missouri, and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.\nDesired Skills & Experience:\nExperience working with creative agencies or marketing teams to develop engaging educational content.\nFamiliarity with AI and emerging security risks.\nPrevious leadership experience within a global or cross-functional environment.\nKeywords: information security, security awareness, phishing campaigns, data analytics, security training, cybersecurity, security management, security awareness specialist, compliance, St. Louis\nWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
