You will coordinate efforts across business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your focus will be on managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budgets, all while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and leadership. You will also facilitate project governance, track project metrics, and drive accountability for project commitments. This position is a full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 1-3 days in the office each week.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects across various domains including applications, data, integrations, and infrastructure.\nDevelop, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, forecasts, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.\nManage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.\nCoordinate activities across cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and third-party vendors.\nFacilitate project meetings, governance processes, and decision-making activities.\nMonitor project financials, report on variances, and escalate issues when necessary.\nLead change management and ensure projects adhere to governance standards and best practices.\nTrack project progress, resolve issues, and adapt plans to meet evolving project needs.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n5+ years of Project Management experience in medium to large organizations.\nProven ability managing multiple concurrent projects across applications, data, and infrastructure.\nStrong skills in project planning, scheduling, financial management, risk, issue, and change management.\nDemonstrated experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.\nStrong written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Project/Planner and Jira.\nGeneral project management experience, with PMP certification preferred but not required.\nDegree preferred; however, equivalent experience such as military background or extensive IT project leadership is acceptable.\nDesired Skills & Experience:\nExperience with enterprise data governance initiatives.\nFamiliarity with AI-related data organization or enterprise architecture management systems.\nStrong understanding of API integrations and enterprise system architecture.\nPrevious experience working in hybrid work environments.\nPay: $45.50 - $65.00 /hr\nKeywords: Project Management, IT Projects, Agile, Jira, Data Governance, Enterprise Integration, Hybrid Work, PMP, Application Development, Infrastructure Projects\nWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
