You will facilitate meetings, conduct requirements workshops, and support the entire software development lifecycle. This role involves translating business needs into detailed system requirements, documenting workflows, and helping ensure solutions align with business goals. As a senior analyst, you will also participate in testing phases, facilitate user acceptance testing, and provide updates and presentations to various audiences. This contract position enables you to impact significant initiatives centered on future concepts, products, or technologies.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and elicit business and functional requirements through workshops, meetings, and analysis techniques.\nAnalyze complex business processes and workflows to identify system improvements and efficiencies.\nTranslate business needs into clear, actionable system specifications for designers, developers, and testers.\nAssist in the creation and maintenance of user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing artifacts using Agile methodologies.\nDocument system interactions, data flows, and integration points with detailed diagrams and specifications.\nValidate solutions against requirements and assist in user acceptance testing processes.\nSupport defect and enhancement tracking, ensuring issues are properly logged and resolved.\nCollaborate across teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are met on time and within scope.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n3-5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation supporting software development.\nExpertise in requirements elicitation techniques such as workshops, use cases, user stories, and process analysis.\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.\nProven experience translating business needs into system requirements and specifications.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.\nKnowledge of Agile software development methodologies and experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.\nBachelor’s degree preferred.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and data analysis (SQL knowledge a plus).\nGood understanding of large-scale enterprise applications and processes.\nDesired Skills & Experience:\nExperience working in requirements management tools, including defect tracking.\nKnowledge of enterprise architecture and future-oriented technology initiatives.\nAgile certification or participation in scaled Agile frameworks.\nKeywords: Business Analyst, Requirements Gathering, Agile, JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Applications, Data Analysis, API Integrations, SaaS, Project Management\nWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
