In this role, you will drive requirements analysis, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and leverage AI tools to enhance documentation and decision-making. You will translate complex business needs into clear user stories, technical specifications, and process flows, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Additionally, you'll mentor junior analysts, manage dependencies and risks, and support multiple delivery streams through iterative cycles. This is a hybrid role based out of the Bridgeton office, requiring a minimum of two days per week on-site, with employment type to be determined.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead feasibility assessments and leverage AI-assisted research to recommend optimal solutions.\nConduct gap analysis between existing systems and new requirements, informing backlog prioritization.\nCollaborate with Product Owners and architects to refine epics into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.\nAuthor, maintain, and leverage AI-driven artifacts including user stories, process flows, and technical specs.\nLead data analysis initiatives using AI-powered analytics platforms and traditional tools, synthesizing insights for strategic decisions.\nPartner with stakeholders to define program vision, epic roadmaps, and objectives that support business outcomes.\nDevelop release strategies, sprint inputs, and stakeholder communication plans to enable iterative delivery.\nCommunicate program progress, release plans, and insights through dashboards, Agile ceremonies, and automated reports.\nIdentify cross-team dependencies and architectural risks, facilitating resolution through Agile coordination.\nDefine acceptance testing frameworks, design behavior-driven test strategies, and oversee testing across increments.\nLead continuous improvement efforts within the BA team by adopting Agile best practices and AI tools.\nMentor less experienced Business Analysts on Agile analysis, documentation, and AI workflows.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n3-5+ years of direct experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with extensive Agile delivery experience.\nAdvanced ability to translate business needs into strategic roadmaps, user stories, and specifications.\nProven expertise leading requirements engineering within scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.\nStrong data literacy including SQL, data warehouse analysis, and AI analytics platforms.\nProficiency with enterprise Agile tools like Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office suite.\nExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies like backlog refinement, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination.\nExtensive experience designing and implementing AI-augmented analysis workflows and documentation tools.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.\n3-5 years of relevant work experience including process development and execution in Agile environments.\nIIBA Agile Analysis Certification (AAC), PMI-PBA, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent Agile certification required.\nDesired Skills & Experience:\nFamiliarity with agentic AI tools and intelligent requirements extraction techniques.\nExperience managing large-scale Agile programs with multiple teams and Release Trains.\nExposure to enterprise data warehouses and predictive analytics.\nPrevious leadership or mentorship roles within Agile teams.\nPay: $33.60 - $48.00 per hour\nKeywords: Business Analyst, Agile Analytics, AI-augmented analysis, SAFe, LeSS, requirements engineering, UI/UX, data analysis, project management, Bridgeton\nWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
