What You Will Be Doing:
In this role within the technology team, you will serve as a subject matter expert, providing innovative solutions to complex business problems. You will collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend improvements, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of Salesforce implementations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing custom components, integrating APIs using Mulesoft, and monitoring key performance metrics to ensure standards compliance. This position is classified as a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and modify Salesforce solutions including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud components.
- Collaborate with architects to recommend adjustments to architecture for improved integration and functionality.
- Implement batch and screen flows using Mulesoft and Salesforce Flow tools to support business processes.
- Develop Lightning Web Components and Apex code, including testing and deployment.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to create tailored solutions that meet business needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of technical elements through testing and research findings.
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
- Document solutions, best practices, and technical specifications for ongoing support and enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud platform implementations.
- 1+ year of experience working with APIs, particularly Mulesoft flows and integrations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Apex development.
- Knowledge of ETL tools, including familiarity with Mulesoft batch and screen flows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently and propose solutions.
- Proven ability to understand advanced methods, theories, and research techniques in technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce certification(s) preferred.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Salesforce Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or Omnichannel is a plus.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
- Previous experience working on marketing automation campaigns.
- Exposure to cross-functional team collaboration and leadership roles.
