Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nIn this role within the technology team, you will serve as a subject matter expert, providing innovative solutions to complex business problems. You will collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend improvements, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of Salesforce implementations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing custom components, integrating APIs using Mulesoft, and monitoring key performance metrics to ensure standards compliance. This position is classified as a 6-month contract.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and modify Salesforce solutions including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud components.\nCollaborate with architects to recommend adjustments to architecture for improved integration and functionality.\nImplement batch and screen flows using Mulesoft and Salesforce Flow tools to support business processes.\nDevelop Lightning Web Components and Apex code, including testing and deployment.\nGather and analyze customer requirements to create tailored solutions that meet business needs.\nEvaluate the effectiveness of technical elements through testing and research findings.\nMonitor system performance and ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.\nDocument solutions, best practices, and technical specifications for ongoing support and enhancements.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n2+ years of experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud platform implementations.\n1+ year of experience working with APIs, particularly Mulesoft flows and integrations.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Apex development.\nKnowledge of ETL tools, including familiarity with Mulesoft batch and screen flows.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently and propose solutions.\nProven ability to understand advanced methods, theories, and research techniques in technology.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.\nSalesforce certification(s) preferred.\nDesired Skills & Experience:\nExperience with Salesforce Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or Omnichannel is a plus.\nKnowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.\nPrevious experience working on marketing automation campaigns.\nExposure to cross-functional team collaboration and leadership roles.\nKeywords: Salesforce, Lightning Web Components, API Integration, Mulesoft, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Developer, Business Analysis, Salesforce Certifications, ETL tools\nWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
