This role safeguards company funds through strong internal controls, monitors cash flow and bank activities, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccounts Payable\nProcess vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and cash advance requests accurately and in a timely manner\n\nPerform three-way matching (PO, invoice, receiving documents)\n\nPrepare and process payment runs (bank transfers, checks, electronic payments)\n\nReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies\n\nMaintain proper documentation and filing of AP records\n\nSupport month-end closing activities, including AP accruals\n\nMonitor aging reports and ensure timely settlement of liabilities\n\nCoordinate with internal departments and vendors on payment-related concerns\n\nHandles vendor accreditation which includes review of documents and onboarding\n\nEnsure correct taxes are recognized on all purchases\n\nIssues withholding tax certificates to vendors timely\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies and internal controls\n\nTreasury\nPrepare and monitor daily/weekly cash position reports\n\nSupport cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning\n\nProcess and record bank transactions accurately\n\nPerform bank reconciliations on a timely basis\n\nProcess employee corporate credit card applications\n\nCoordinate with banks on account maintenance and documentation\n\nSupport payroll funding and other scheduled disbursements\n\nMonitor foreign currency transactions (if applicable)\n\nMonitor loan transactions and corresponding interests\n\nAssist in managing intercompany funding and settlements (if applicable)\n\nEnsure compliance with treasury policies and internal controls\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field\n\n2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Treasury\n\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls\n\nExperience with ERP systems (i.e. Oracle and SAP)\n\nProficient in Microsoft Excel\n\nDetail-oriented with strong analytical
