{"id":2216151,"url":"https://alion.io/job/technoprobe-asia-process-integration-engineer","title":"Process Integration Engineer","company":{"id":3838054,"name":"Technoprobe","domain":"technoprobe.com","url":"https://alion.io/company/technoprobe-asia","size_band":"1001-5000","is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"SuccessFactors","truth_index":null},"role":"Industrial Engineering","role_family":"Industrial Engineering","seniority":null,"employment_type":null,"work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Italy"],"countries":["IT"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":{"min":48000,"max":60000,"currency":"EUR","period":"year","gross":null,"usd_annual":67188},"salary_estimate":null,"experience_years_min":null,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"Scala","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-09-19T02:00:00Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-09-19","last_verified_at":"2026-10-12T18:31:43Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":23,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":23},"description":"Responsabilità\nStiamo cercando un Senior Process Integration Engineer con esperienza nello sviluppo, nell’integrazione e nell’industrializzazione di processi complessi per dispositivi MEMS.\nLa risorsa avrà un ruolo strategico nel definire l’architettura di processo, guidare l’introduzione di nuove tecnologie e garantire la robustezza del flusso produttivo end-to-end.\nIl candidato ideale ha una visione di insieme dell’intero process flow, capacità di lavorare con team interdisciplinari e competenze nel problem solving avanzato su wafer, materiali e device performance.\nAvrà le seguenti responsabilità:\nDefinire, sviluppare e ottimizzare il process flow MEMS dalla fase di concept allo scale-up produttivo;\nGestire integrazione, compatibilità e interazioni tra processi litografici, galvanici, deposizioni, etching, bonding e packaging;\nCondurre analisi di failure, root cause investigation e attività di problem solving multidisciplinare;\nValidare nuove tecnologie e introdurre nuovi moduli di processo in collaborazione con i team di sviluppo (lithography, PVD, plating, CMP, metrology, equipment);\nEseguire DOE e analisi statistiche per l’ottimizzazione del processo;\nSupportare le attività di new product introduction (NPI) e trasferimento processo verso la produzione;\nCollaborare con fornitori, progettisti e team device per definizione specifiche, tolleranze e parametri critici;\nRedigere documentazione tecnica: flow chart, process specs, control plan, FMEA, report tecnici.\n Requisiti\nLaurea Magistrale o PhD in Ingegneria dei Materiali, Ingegneria Elettronica, Fisica, Chimica o affini;\n3-5 anni di esperienza in integrazione processo MEMS o semiconduttori:\nConoscenza approfondita di:Processi di fabbricazione MEMS ( Plating, PVD, Etch, Lithography);\nInterazione tra materiali e impatti di processo;\n\nCapacità di analisi statistica (DOE, SPC, Minitab/JMP) e problem solving strutturato (8D, 5w);\nEsperienza nella gestione di attività in cleanroom e processi multi-step complessi;\nOttima padronanza dell’inglese tecnico scritto e parlato;\nForte capacità di gestione di progetti complessi;\nApproccio data-driven e grande attenzione ai dettagli;\nEccellenti capacità comunicative e attitudine al lavoro in team multidisciplinari;\nAutonomia nella definizione delle priorità e nella gestione delle criticità tecniche.\nCostituiranno titolo preferenziale:\nEsperienza con NPI e trasferimento processo su scala industriale;\nBackground in MEMS design;\nConoscenza di tecniche avanzate di metrologia e caratterizzazione (SEM, AFM, profilometria, interferometria);\nEsperienza con wafer bonding avanzato (anodico, eutettico, fusion bonding).\nRetribuzione annua: 48.000€ -
