The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience troubleshooting complex production issues, building monitoring dashboards, analyzing application logs, and performing root cause analysis (RCA) in enterprise production environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide Level 3 production support for business-critical enterprise applications.\nTroubleshoot complex application, performance, and production incidents.\nDesign, develop, and maintain Splunk dashboards, alerts, and monitoring reports.\nUtilize Dynatrace for application performance monitoring (APM), distributed tracing, and identifying performance bottlenecks.\nPerform advanced log statement analysis, troubleshoot application errors, and create or enhance application logging for better observability.\nWrite and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.\nPerform basic Java coding, debugging, and minor code fixes to resolve production issues.\nConduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents.\nCollaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve critical issues.\nSupport incident management, problem management, and production deployments.\n\nRequired Technical Skills Proficiency\nSplunk: Expert – Dashboard creation, SPL queries, log monitoring, and alert configuration\nDynatrace: Expert – APM, distributed tracing, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting\nLog Analysis: Expert – Log statement analysis, creating logs, and troubleshooting\nSQL: Expert – Complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and query optimization\nJava: Basic to Intermediate – Coding, debugging, and minor fixes\nProduction Support: Expert – L3 troubleshooting, incident management, and RCA\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Java-based applications and microservices.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, application integrations, and distributed systems.\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes and incident management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.\nExperience working in high-availability, business-critical production environments.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\n\nMandatory Requirements\nCandidates must demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in Splunk dashboard development, Dynatrace monitoring, advanced SQL, and application log analysis.
