We are seeking an experienced L3 Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in Splunk, Dynatrace, SQL, log analysis, and Java. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience troubleshooting complex production issues, building monitoring dashboards, analyzing application logs, and performing root cause analysis (RCA) in enterprise production environments. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 3 production support for business-critical enterprise applications. Troubleshoot complex application, performance, and production incidents. Design, develop, and maintain Splunk dashboards, alerts, and monitoring reports. Utilize Dynatrace for application performance monitoring (APM), distributed tracing, and identifying performance bottlenecks. Perform advanced log statement analysis, troubleshoot application errors, and create or enhance application logging for better observability. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis. Perform basic Java coding, debugging, and minor code fixes to resolve production issues.
