Communities and even whole countries are better off.\nTechnoServe Zimbabwe is seeking to recruit an experienced Administrative Assistant/Driver to support our Mutare Office. The incumbent will be responsible for all administrative work and driver duties that are required to support the efficient functioning of the sub office.\nPrimary Functions & Responsibilities:\nDriving Duties:\nTransporting TechnoServe staff, Fellows, officers, and visitors safely and reliably to various work locations and residences.\nRemaining on standby for urgent and non-urgent dispatches as well as mail deliveries.\nDelivering confidential documents to institutions such as banks, embassies, and government offices.\nGeneral Vehicle Maintenance (motor vehicle and motorbikes)\nTaking daily responsibility for servicing, maintaining, cleaning, and refueling assigned vehicles.\nAdministration\nAssist with front office management, asset management and procurement\nProgram Management:\nAssist Program Managers in coordinating and organizing meetings with farmers and stakeholders\nWork cooperatively with all team members to support the achievement of work plan activities designed to achieve project goals and objectives\nSkills and Competencies\nProven ability to work diplomatically with a variety of people Ability to communicate fluently in English and other vernacular languages, Shona and or Ndebele\nHighly organized individual, punctual, capable of handling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing time effectively Customer service oriented\nAbility to understand and implement TechnoServe policies and procedures\nHighly organized and excellent knowledge of the street map of major cities in Zimbabwe and a general knowledge of Zimbabwe\nIntegrity, honesty and ability to work in teams\nQuick learner and ability to assist with administrative work\nEducation:\nMinimum of secondary level education\nA Clean Class 4
