And we focus on delivering lasting impact for our mission.\nJob Summary:\nThe Senior Program Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of CocoVate and requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The Senior Program Manager will drive innovative solutions to complex problems by operationalizing the work plan, adapting technical approaches and interventions, and overseeing project resources.\nProgram Overview:\nCocoVate is a three years Coconut Oil (CNO) development program funded by Abbott Nutrition, the Adams Group and shared value partners slated to start from July 2026 in Southern Leyte in the Eastern Visayas and SOCCSKARGEN. The program aims to uplift the livelihoods of up to 5000 coconut farmers to supply premium quality white copra by aggregating coconut farmer members of selected cooperatives into self-help groups, professionalizing Farm Service Crews, establishing Copra Processing Hubs, capacitating farmer cooperatives and promoting cacao intercropping and dairy integration.\nPrimary Functions & Responsibilities:\nOversee implementation and management of the program, from inception to close-out, ensuring that the program achieves established goals, objectives and targets\nProvide guidance, leadership, management and general technical oversight of the program\nOversee development and submission of project deliverables on time and within budget\nEnsure high-quality data is being collected to demonstrate project impact and results\nMonitor the project budget to ensure a healthy burn rate and allowability of costs\nPrepare donor reports and presentations \nRepresent the program to internal and external stakeholders\nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum seven years of experience in Agriculture and Rural Development or a related sector plus a Master’s degree in Agriculture, Economics, Business Management or a related field or a Bachelor’s Degree plus ten years of experience.\nExperience in successfully implementing and monitoring programs of similar size and budget \nRequired Languages: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, including fluency in Filipino, and English languages. Fluency in Cebuano and/or Tagalog is desirable.\nTravel: Travel up to 80%\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working in the Philippines is required and prior experience in Regions VIII, XI and XII are preferred\nExperience with supply chain programs in CNO is preferred \nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nAnalytical, writing, social and management skills required for delivering technical assistance to development programs or initiatives.\nAbility to work both persuasively and diplomatically in a team-based environment with a high degree of complexity and ambiguity. \nAbility to communicate complex issues with clarity, precision and prioritization is a must. \nStrong capacity building skills, including participatory facilitation techniques, coaching, and mentoring\nSupervisory Responsibilities: Field teams in both locations\nWork Authorization required: Candidates must have valid, unrestricted work authorization in the Philippines.
