# Principal Frontend (Geospatial)/WebGL Engineer

As a Principal Frontend / WebGL Engineer at Technosylva, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture, quality, and technical direction of the interactive, data-rich web applications we build for our clients. You will lead the frontend engineering effort - setting standards and mentoring other developers while staying hands-on with the code - and help design and deliver high-performance, visually rich experiences, including real-time 2D/3D geospatial visualizations powered by WebGL. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a technical leader who can help us build better solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES Own the technical vision and architecture of our frontend platform. Define the technical roadmap, design large-scale systems, and align technical goals with business objectives. Design and build high-performance, interactive web applications, including real-time 2D/3D and geospatial visualizations using WebGL. Set and enforce standards for clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code across the frontend team.
