Office-based (with occasional client visits and business travel)\nKey Responsibilities\nProject & Delivery Management\nLead software development projects from initial requirement gathering through planning, execution, delivery, and post-launch support.\nDevelop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation strategies, and delivery roadmaps.\nMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.\nCoordinate with development, UI/UX, QA, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth project execution.\nEstablish and maintain effective project management practices using appropriate tools and methodologies.\nEnsure that project deliverables meet agreed requirements, technical standards, and client expectations.\nTechnical Understanding & Solution Planning\nWork closely with technical teams to understand system architecture, technical challenges, development approaches, and implementation strategies.\nParticipate in technical discussions and help evaluate alternative solutions based on business requirements, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.\nFacilitate communication between clients, business stakeholders, and development teams.\nEnsure that technical decisions and implementation plans remain aligned with project objectives.\nClient Management & Business Analysis\nCommunicate directly with local and international clients to understand their business needs, expectations, and challenges.\nConduct client meetings, requirement discovery sessions, and project discussions, including occasional onsite visits.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into clear, structured, and actionable software requirements.\nRecommend suitable technology solutions and business process improvements based on clients' actual needs.\nManage client expectations, provide regular updates, address concerns, and maintain strong professional relationships.\nParticipate in proposal discussions, solution presentations, and project estimation when required.\nBusiness Analysis, Documentation & Prototyping\nTake an active role in business analysis whenever required.\nPrepare and review SRS, BRD, functional specifications, user stories, workflow diagrams, process maps, and other project documentation.\nPrepare or coordinate wireframes, interactive prototypes, proof of concepts (PoCs), and functional demonstrations to communicate proposed solutions.\nEnsure requirements are properly documented, validated, and communicated to the development team.\nMaintain documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle.\nTeam & People Management\nLead, motivate, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional software development teams.\nPromote accountability, ownership, collaboration, transparency, and effective communication.\nMonitor team performance, identify skill gaps, and encourage continuous learning and professional development.\nHelp resolve interpersonal and operational challenges within the team.\nBuild a positive, disciplined, productive, and performance-oriented working environment.\nEncourage develop, improve, and launch the company's own software platforms and products.\nContribute to product discovery, requirement analysis, feature planning, roadmap development, and release management.\nHelp ensure that software products are designed and developed according to international quality, usability, security, and scalability standards.\nTake ownership of product development milestones and coordinate teams to achieve planned objectives.\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve existing products and explore new technology-driven solutions.\nOrganizational Growth & Continuous Improvement\nProactively identify weaknesses in existing workflows, project management practices, communication, and delivery processes.\nRecommend and implement practical strategies to organization.\n\nEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\nRelevant professional certifications in project management, Agile/Scrum, or business analysis will be considered an advantage.\n\nExperience4 to 5 years\n\nAdditional RequirementsExperience Requirements\nMinimum 4–5 years of professional experience in software development project management.\nAt least 2–3 years of experience in a project leadership or managerial role.\nProven experience managing software development projects involving web applications, mobile applications, APIs, databases, and modern software technologies.\nExperience working directly with clients, gathering requirements, managing expectations, and overseeing project business analysis, requirement engineering, and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with developers and non-technical stakeholders.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.\nStrong client communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or equivalent.\nPractical experience using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools to improve productivity and work quality.\nStrong documentation, presentation, demonstration, and prototyping capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nStrong analytical thinking, leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be willing to travel within Bangladesh and internationally whenever required for client
